My history of communication with bonprix began about three years ago: I accidentally got into the bonprix catalog, I leafed through it, but did not attach much importance, considering it to be another spam. I safely threw the catalog on the shelf and forgot about it until I went to the clothing market and all sorts of mega-supermarkets for new clothes.
The assortment of clothes, or rather its absence, once again struck me. It seems that the owners of these mini-boutiques are bought in the same place, and they gather, as before, and go by whole buses to Odessa, to the famous 7th kilometer, or to Turkey. To save money, they apparently buy several trunks of rags from the same merchant and return home happy, and we have to be content with dubious quality, complete lack of taste from dealers and overpriced prices.
It remains to look for new ways out of the situation. Unfortunately, not every woman can afford to dress with a needle from famous couturiers, and even more so a nursing mother whose family lives from paycheck to paycheck.
The second alternative is to sew or knit the clothes yourself. This option is suitable only for those who, frankly, have a talent for these types of creativity, otherwise you will have to turn to an experienced seamstress or knitter, whose services will also be expensive.
The third option that I discovered for myself is shopping in the catalogs of European companies. Why are clothes and shoes cheaper in them? Firstly, they do not need to spend money on huge store areas, clothes are stored in a warehouse, and an order can be made from a catalog or on an Internet site. Secondly, in Europe such casual clothes are already cheaper than here!

I really liked this system because you can easily look through the catalog at home with a cup of morning coffee or view all the models online, read reviews from other customers about the quality of the selected product, size and receive your order at the nearest post office.
Yes, of course, there is a risk of making a mistake with the size, but following the recommendations of the size table and having received the first purchase, you will be able to finally decide which size is right for you. If the product does not fit, you can return it. This is in theory, I personally have not used this method.
Sometimes, of course, there are disappointments when the received product does not live up to expectations in terms of quality. John Banner, Rainbow or bpc brands sold through Bonprix make good quality clothes and shoes.
During these three years, I bought myself a pair of shoes, different blouses, sundresses, pants, a dress, a bunch of T-shirts, sweaters. Bought similar items for my husband. Below are photos of the items received.

Added 10/30/12 . The other day I received another package with shoes. I decided to post my photos, because the reviews on the site are very controversial.
So, on my size 36, BPC boots of size 36 fit perfectly (foot length - 22.5 cm, width at the widest point - 9.5 cm). I was satisfied with the quality, the boots are light, almost weightless.
The only caveat is that the lacing is not very clearly visible in the photographs of the sample, in fact, the tongue does not fit inside, but closes the armhole from the outside. It is a little uncomfortable to put on shoes, it needs to be corrected, and the top is beautifully laced. However, this fact clearly does not detract from the dignity of the boots, and only for 300 UAH (with delivery).

I have been ordering things for myself in Bonprix for about two years now ... for myself and my husband and mother and child ... there were no particular complaints.
A couple of times I didn’t guess with the size - I sent it back, the money was returned to the account within 2-3 weeks, and why is the return expensive? a priceless parcel costs 5-6 hryvnias.!!!… Of course, there are different things, but in 85% I like everything and are satisfied with the price / quality. I myself wear our 52-54 (bp I take 44-46, sometimes even looking at the reviews 42) - the size is calculated as follows: you need to take your Russian. (mine is 52-54) and -8 = 44-46 bp. You need to read the comments well, and especially the description of the product ... I 100% agree with the girls who write that you also need to understand what loose fit is, and what is oversized, what is simple and stylish, and what is bad taste ... these are very different things .
Even now - according to review 30 - Olya, where does it say that the dress comes with a belt ??! Clothing and accessories are not sold in BP!!! It’s very hard for me to find something good in the store for my size ... and for my mother (62-64rr. Rus. - 54-56 bp) and even more so, but here there is a choice, the quality is not bad and the prices are quite satisfactory ...

Only part of the parcel arrived, because. the second part was already sold out, while assembled, with free delivery, and then the second part came, two months later, with payment, without the auction price (you can see by the amount) - I came to the post office and without taking the parcels in my hands, I just wrote a return, for free! And that's all. And no tantrums, like I'm here with my foot no more!!! THIS IS ALL THE HUMAN FACTOR! Just think how many people buy there and how many people work in warehouses?! I have been buying a lot in Bonprix for a long time.
The first thing I found the cheapest to adapt to the size. From mine, which I knew, and not according to the table, I subtracted six - it turned out to be large. So I began to take away 10, then 8, based on the comments.
Once I had to make a return - the product did not match the catalog. I indicated that the amount should be put on the bonus. The next time I ordered, I did not have to pay for the goods. As a bonus, the parcel came for free. I like this store. And chatted with girls. Their answers suited me just fine. I don’t know about the future, maybe I won’t be lucky in something else, anything can happen - people also work there and they tend to make mistakes too. But I don't want to lose ties with Bonprix.

But recently they have not fulfilled 3 (!!!) orders. Either an incorrect order for some reason, or “will be delivered by courier”, although there was not a word about courier delivery during checkout, and the courier never called. I’m writing, they apologize, we’ll figure it out, and that’s all, then they stopped answering. It seems to me that unqualified, random people sit there and there is no responsibility.

And what is sewn in Poland, Turkey or China, so sometimes in expensive boutiques you buy trousers at a sale, and the next day their belt loop flies off - it was sewn on for the raw parted edge of the fabric. Then you think: where and by whom was this thing sewn? In China or in our basement as an unfortunate guest worker. There is only one significant remark to the Russian-language site "Bonprix": they do not publish reviews. Both bad and good. Simply ignored. But I attribute this to the laziness of the moderators. If sometimes I made a mistake with the size, then my favorite dressmaker adjusted everything to the highest level. I completely stopped buying clothes in the markets and stores. The picture shows a completely different shade. In reality, things come in just monstrous shades, not even remotely resembling the proposed colors !!! And I, until recently, did not even know how the return was processed at the Post Office, I am forced to send back three parcels in a row !! There were no problems with the return either. They worked accurately and quickly. But this is where things started to change for the worse. The last returned package was received by the company. This is reflected on the website of the Russian Post in tracking postal items. Money is not returned. The answer is “…we didn’t receive your package…..” Normal?! Okay, I'll survive the loss of this money, but I got really angry!! I won’t redeem all the ordered parcels in principle, and I won’t have any more relations with the Bonprix company, and I’ll send such a review to many sites.

Bonprix is a complete beadlam: orders are not fulfilled on time, are not fulfilled completely, or are not fulfilled at all, despite the fact that the prices are far from the most attractive, similar products can be bought on other sites cheaper, faster and without “drafts”. There are no contacts on the site itself, except for operators and foolish consultants. You tell them about Ivan - they tell you about Bolvan ... I made one order, waited a long time, waited - the order was half completed, I made another order, a birthday present for myself. Waited for a month, it turns out they have an error, the order will not be completed, place the order again. And the goods are no longer available, wait for them to appear. It's a total negative - it's better to forget about them altogether.

To all appeals they answer me that they cannot send MY dress, because from 12/19/2014 there was an increase in prices and the dress has risen in price by 900 rubles. If you have so many customers, is it really impossible to sew from a better quality fabric? Yes, the prices are reasonable, but you have to respect your customers.
