    Frankly, I'm always a little confused by advice on losing weight through the use of certain products. It would be pointless to deny the usefulness of flaxseed for the body as a whole, since it is really a storehouse of vitamins and minerals that we cannot do without. But it is unlikely that the seeds have such a pronounced effect of losing weight.

    I am now trying out an easy way to lose weight with flaxseed, just ground in a coffee grinder. The powder must be mixed with a glass of kefir or yogurt and replaced with this mass for one meal (in my case, this is breakfast). In the first week, one teaspoon of crushed seeds is added, in the second - two, in the third week - three tablespoons of flax. At the same time, you need to drink at least 1.5 - 2 liters of water per day. Lost 1.5 kg in 10 days. Of course, this is not very much, but not as dangerous as sudden weight loss. If such a mixture is eaten instead of dinner, I think the result will be more impressive.
