Magnetic varnishes - a revived novelty (season autumn-winter 2011-12)

Nail art trends are constantly changing. What was fashionable yesterday, today you will not surprise anyone. And in order to stay on top and conquer others with an unusual nail design, check out the new nail art compositions from well-known manufacturers.

So, you have to completely abandon monochromatic nails and a monotonous design! The novelty of the autumn-winter season 2011-2012 is the varnish magnets from the Italian company Pupa.

What can we say: these are really varnishes of the 21st century! Hi-tech novelty of the fashion industry will surely conquer the representatives of the beautiful half of humanity. The new technology is based on magnets, thanks to which fancy patterns and stripes (vertical, horizontal and even diagonal) can be created on the surface of the nail. Fantastic nails can be created in just a couple of seconds. Intriguing? Read the interesting women's site Sunny Hands - you will know everything about beauty and style.

So, this collection of Pupa - Magnetic Nail Polish Kit includes 9 metallic shades: gray, brown, khaki, black, green, blue, purple, red and orange and two magnets that create horizontal and diagonal stripes.

Of course, every magnetic nail polish can be used just like a regular metallic polish. However, if you want to follow fashion trends, let the magnets do their magic!

According to Giorgio Forgani, a well-known world stylist, to create such a nail composition, you need to shake the bottle thoroughly, apply magnetic varnish in one layer, then bring the bottle cap to the nail bed so that the rounded edge of the cap is located above the nail root. Next, physics comes into play: thanks to the iron particles that are in the varnish, a pattern will form on the nail within a few seconds.

However, it turns out that this idea is not new at all. Back in 2007, Lancome released Le Magnetique magnetic nail polish in two tones: blue-gray Blue Emigma and brown-burgundy Bordeaux Esmee, drawing stars on the nail. But either the price turned out to be too high (about $ 30 per bottle), or the public was not ready for such modern products, but the fact remains: such varnishes did not make a real sensation at that time.

And later the idea was picked up by others, including unknown Asian manufacturers, who launched a whole palette of magnetic varnishes on the market.

And a few words about fashionable shades of varnishes for autumn-winter 2011-2012 from other well-known brands.

OPI promotes lacquers in natural tones: taupe, pearl gray, olive, coral.

Chanel this season creates new autumn-winter shades based on precious materials. Quartz is a shimmering combination on a bronze-brown theme with a pearl sheen, peridot is a gold and green mix, graphite is a magical illusion of gold, silver and platinum.

Nails from the Maison " Dior " are created in dark blue tones, as if the night is played by lightning on the fingertips.
