Peeled pistachios, along with mushrooms and meat, are thoroughly mixed and wrapped in pre-prepared chicken skin. Next, the workpiece must be given the appearance of a roll and wrapped in foil. You need to bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for two hours.

Before cooking, the meat must be washed and thoroughly dried, then grated with spices. The bulbs need to be peeled and cut into six equal parts. Cooking is best in a saucepan, where meat and onions are laid out.

In the oven, the dish should spend one hour at a temperature of 180 degrees, covered with foil. During the roasting of the meat, you need to prepare the fruit - peel and cut apples and figs, and also grate the lemon zest. All this is sent to the stewpan exactly one hour after the start of baking. With the added fruit, the dish is cooked for another fifteen minutes, after which the pork can be laid out on a dish and served to guests. And the horse, of course, will appreciate the dish with apples.

Favorite recipes for the New Year 2014 should be taken into account, as there are different situations, and the planned dish may be in jeopardy. In this case, it is necessary to have a fallback option that can solve the current situation and save the festive banquet.
