Unfortunately, it is difficult to make conditioners at home, so they are most often forged, but every woman can make masks on her own.

Masks are another level of care for your hair, which is exposed to harmful factors every day. Today, a woman who does not experience problems with hair is a rarity. For many of us, it is not enough just to wash our hair well with shampoo, our hair requires additional care and regular care. Homemade masks will help you properly care for your hair.

Masks for dandruff, masks for hair loss are very common. Protein-based masks give rich "food" to your hair, strengthen it, promote hair growth and reduce hair loss. To achieve a positive result, masks must be applied to weakened hair at least once a week for 6 months. Recipes for hair masks at home are quite simple and inexpensive, especially if it is a warm season outside and you have your own personal plot.

Here are some recipes for homemade masks that stimulate hair growth.

All of them are applied to washed hair, which is then wrapped in polyethylene. You need to keep the mask for half an hour or an hour and rinse thoroughly after with warm water. They will help you take care of your hair at home.

1) 1 tbsp. l. ground red pepper + 4 tbsp. l. non-candied, viscous honey. Do 2 times a week.

2) 2 tbsp. l. olive oil + 2 tbsp. l. burdock oil. If you manage to buy vitamins A and B in drops at the pharmacy, then add 10 drops of vitamins A and B. Do it every other day.

3) 1 tbsp. l. cognac + 1 tsp. lemon juice + 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey + 1 grated onion. You need to apply this gruel on your hair 2 times a week. The course of "treatment" - 1 month.
