1. Soda.

To whiten your teeth with baking soda, mix it with your daily toothpaste. Since this procedure cannot be repeated often, since soda can destroy the enamel, you do not need to mix a large amount at once. Simply, before you brush your teeth, it is worth sprinkling a brush with squeezed out paste with a small amount of soda.

2. Hydrogen peroxide.
