How to deal with excessive sweating? 6 simple recipes

When the armpits sweat, body temperature is regulated: the body cools by evaporating moisture. But this natural physiological process in many women often becomes a real problem. Recipe number 3. Decoction of rosemary leaves

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of rosemary leaves;
  • half a glass of apple cider vinegar;
  • 1 glass of water.

Boil rosemary leaves for 15 minutes. We wait until the broth has cooled, filter and add vinegar. With a piece of cloth or a cotton swab dipped in liquid, wipe the armpits and soles of the feet.

Recipe number 4. Decoction of sage

Sage perfectly relieves inflammation, disinfects and reduces excessive activity of the sweat glands.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of sage herb;
  • 1 liter of water.

Add sage to water, bring to a boil and leave on low heat for 3 minutes. We insist the broth until it cools. Pour the liquid into the bath or wipe heavily sweating places.

Sage tea, when taken internally, markedly reduces perspiration. The drink is prepared at the rate of 1 teaspoon of herbs per cup of boiling water. You need to drink one cup in the morning and evening or in small portions throughout the day.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tea bags (black or green);
  • 1 liter of water.

Boil tea for 15 minutes, cool. With the resulting liquid, wash the palms and feet. If the armpits sweat a lot, wipe them with tea broth. You can take a shower half an hour after the procedure.

Recipe number 6. Exfoliating mixture for heavy sweating

Sometimes excessive sweating is exacerbated by clogged pores. It is very useful to regularly exfoliate the skin of the armpits.

Ingredients:

  • lemon juice;
  • sea ​​salt;
  • olive oil.

All components are thoroughly mixed. Apply the resulting mixture to the skin and massage it with soft circular movements for 10 minutes. Such peeling can be done 1-2 times a week.
