Winter is a period of frequent colds, so you need to be prepared for them in advance. A baby with a cold, especially if he has a fever, must certainly reduce the amount of protein food in the daily menu, and it will not hurt to cut portions so as not to burden the already weakened body. It is not necessary to sharply change the diet during the illness of the child, because the stress generated by this can only complicate the course of the disease.
In addition to the common cold, children are very susceptible to a variety of allergies. It is clear that if the allergy is food, then the allergen will certainly be excluded from the diet, but besides that, think about reducing the amount of sweets. In general, as usual, children do not particularly like such a diet, and they simply refuse to eat. You can restore your baby's appetite by inviting him to decide for himself what he would like to eat for lunch tomorrow. What to make a diet for a child with a disease
