Reviews about Israeli cosmetics Desheli Desheli

A reader turned to the editors of our site with a request to tell about Desheli's cosmetics, they say, there is a lot of conflicting information. Some, having tried cosmetics, claim that this is a pure scam, they did not see any effect, others, having not the slightest personal experience with cosmetics, immediately declare that they do not want to participate in this scam, and still others are ready to pray for their "Crystal Youth" series and they buy tons of cream tubes (I'm exaggerating, of course).

Let's try, leaving aside our personal judgments, to systematize the information available and found on the Web.

Let's start with the fact that in Israel there is such a manufacturer of cosmetics made from natural (as they claim !, but we have no reason not to believe them) components - the company Hlavin Industries Ltd. The official website of the company is http://www.hlavin-industries.com.

There is a company neither more nor less - 40 years; It was founded in 1973 by Ziska Hlavin, a Lithuanian by birth. Hlavin, a biochemist by profession, moved to Israel at the age of 60 and became practically a pioneer in the production of "natural" cosmetics. Today the company, which has grown into a huge enterprise with its biochemical laboratories, is managed by the second generation of the Hlavin family.

Over the years, Hlavin cosmetics has generally earned a good reputation in the world: unique patented ingredients and innovative technologies really allow the production of exclusive and effective natural-based skin care products (here let me emphasize that Hlavin itself is positioning their products as skin care products, and not the return of lost youth).

Hlavin sells its products under various brand names - Lavilin (Lavilin), Lavilin Bio Balance, Love Line, Hlavin's Mid Night, etc., and it is sold all over the world - in retail outlets, in large pharmacies, etc. . In more than 20 countries of the world there are representative offices of the company - in the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, post-Soviet countries, Europe.

Hersko company , which positions itself as the exclusive importer of Hlavin products, and Go Merchants Ltd (http://lavilin.co.nz) is engaged in the sale of cosmetics in New Zealand. Those. Confirmation that cosmetics are known worldwide, as they say, we have found. And by the way, Lavilin can be bought on many foreign sites with delivery to Russia.

Now about Desheli. The DeSheli brand appeared on the market in 2008, the Israeli-Russian company itself was created thanks to some private investors and is the official importer of Israeli Hlavin cosmetics in Russia. We do not know what agreements the laboratory and Desheli have. Having studied the information on the official websites of the company, we came to the conclusion that it was by order of DeSheli and exclusively for her that Hlavin developed and produces a special series of "Crystal Youth" (therefore, no one in Europe or in other countries knows about DeSheli's cosmeceutical products, it is imported only to Russia).

Why is it important? Because on many forums they write that "cosmetics suck, they are not sold anywhere in Europe." That's right, Dasheli is not sold there, in other countries Hlavin products are sold under other brands. Even in Ukraine and Belarus, no one really knows about Desheli (only recently, representative offices of the company were opened in Kyiv, LLC Innovation Technologies, Estonia, ILUART OÜ).

So, the first conclusion we can draw is that DeSheli is actually made in Israel. And it boasts the same benefits as the rest of Hlavin products - quality, efficiency, natural ingredients, unique technologies.

There is one component in DeSheli cosmetics that deserves special mention - these are "intellectual crystals" - natural, very active substances derived from sucrose and designed to restore the natural balance of the skin and restore its natural beauty. How it works? “Smart” crystals contain information about how a healthy young cell should work. And when the cream is absorbed into the skin, your cells read this information and begin to work on the principle of a young and healthy cell!

The cosmetics also include Dead Sea minerals, olive oil, shea butter, vegetable glycerin, propolis, extracts of chamomile, fig ginseng, jojoba, beeswax and various vitamins.

For 4 years of work, the DeSheli cosmetic company has opened its representative offices in many cities of Russia. And the network of branches and beauty salons of Desheli is really wide. Why? Because Deshely works according to the so-called franchise scheme. Like this?

Imagine. You are tired of working for someone else's uncle and you want to open a small, but YOUR business. And one of the most effective ways to start is a franchise - going under the "roof" of a well-known company.

You enter into an agreement, pay an entry fee and then a percentage of the profit, and in return you get a ready-made business plan, the right to use a popular brand, they will help you establish relationships with suppliers, buy equipment. And ideally, all the activities of the junior partner (franchisee) are constantly under the control of the main office (franchisor), you can even be fined if your business damages the entire brand and its reputation.

That's how Deshely's company works. But there is nothing ideal in our world, hence the conclusion: you can get into the beauty salon, which Vasya Pupkin opened a week ago, and which employs absolutely unprepared staff. So it turns out that a variety of reviews appear on the forums: “I was in the Desheli salon, I was consulted by a professional cosmetologist”, ... “and I was at the reception, I was rude, they carried out the procedure carelessly and tried to sell an expensive suitcase”.

Therefore, be careful when choosing a spa salon, read reviews about this particular salon, check if they have all the necessary documents, and how long they have been working in this industry. If you come across scammers, be sure to blacklist them on our website. You can leave your feedback in the comments to this article.

Now specifically about these cosmetologists and spa treatments. Really professional derma-cosmetologists work in the salons themselves, but they rarely go home, they mostly visit the beauty parlor. Cosmetologists have at least a secondary medical education and special cosmetology courses on this cosmetics.

Cosmetologists constantly conduct trainings for staff and prepare sales managers and consultants for this cosmetics (as they are also called SPA specialists). It is they, and not cosmetologists, who go to your home and carry out a demonstrative procedure. Of course, they must report that they are SELLERS, but many approach this issue in bad faith and try to deceive the client in the hope that he will buy the goods.

How does Dasheli sell his product? They sell their cosmetics on the principle of direct sales (Direct Marketing), and not network marketing, as many people think. The direct sales method is very effective - the company presents its products visually, offering a free 20-minute spa treatment, evaluate the effect, see the reaction of your skin and then make a purchase decision.

Those who have tried this cosmetics note that even after 20 minutes their complexion has noticeably improved, edema, inflammation and swelling have disappeared, and the skin has acquired a matte tint. Yes, there may be slight redness, but this is actually normal, because think if you go to a beautician for a cleaning, your face will return to its normal color for another week. Therefore, this is not a reason to talk about poor product quality.

If you decide to become a Desheli client, it is best to go to the company's representative office, get a scan (face diagnosis) from a beautician who will select an individual program for using the funds for you, and buy the necessary products. But keep in mind that it is impossible to buy cosmetics in one DeSheli representative office, but it is impossible to use the services of another. The company insists that in this way they provide an individual approach to each client, because the Client must be served by one representative office that stores all his data on diagnostics and SPA procedures, only then it will be possible to achieve the most effective result.

Now there is another point that deserves attention. Dasheli is a large company and a well-known brand. Of course, there is a lover of easy money and quick profits who create "one-day firms" and sell a fake made somewhere in a basement in the Moscow region for the price of the original. There is nothing surprising in this, both Chanel perfumes and Nemiroff vodka are faked. Therefore, if you agreed to a visit from a beautician manager, so as not to “shout” to the whole wide world about terrible redness and allergies, call DeSheli and clarify the origin of your guest.

Because of such scammers, irresponsible franchisees, unscrupulous consultants who listen to the lectures of cosmetologists half-heartedly, negative reviews about Desheli products appear on the Web.
