1. Avoid salt. It is the cause of metabolic disorders and, as a result, extra pounds that are not excreted from your body. It is deposited in the kidneys, joints and many other parts of the body. It is better to replace it with natural sodium. It is found in sufficient quantities in such foods and vegetables: beets, potatoes, seaweed. Gather your will into a fist and give up salt!

2. Give up dairy products. No matter how strange it may sound at first glance, but think about it! Milk and dairy products contain lactose and casein (milk sugar and milk protein, respectively), which our body can digest only through the action of special enzymes. Such enzymes are produced only in the body of infants and one-year-old children. Their body is configured not to consume dairy products, but yours is not.

By nature, it is laid down that the consumption of milk is the “privilege” of the cubs. In an adult, milk is not digested, it accumulates in the form of mucus and slag. It is better to eat fish, meat, vegetable proteins (peas, beans, lentils, legumes, soybeans, nuts). You don't have to stand in long lines at the meat department, it's better to go to the market and buy vegetables (cabbage, beets, carrots, turnips, pumpkins) and fruits (apples, grapes, bananas) for dinner.

It is no less nutritious and much healthier than scrambled eggs every morning, fast food for lunch, and grilled chicken every evening. And remember: it is better to get used to a slight hunger than to endure stomach pains, heartburn caused by gas formation from food incompatibility. The path to health is the path to weight loss!
