But medicine ascribes these properties to it due to the presence of essential oils. No matter what anyone says, the beneficial properties of ginger are obvious, although you should not count on instant weight loss, as if by magic.

To prepare it, you will need about 4-5 cm of ginger root and 2 small cloves of garlic. Before cutting the ginger into thin slices, it must be peeled. I think ginger can help in the fight against excess weight, after all, it is a stimulant product and a powerful immunity booster. I always use fresh root with warm drinks, and in combination with mint tea, it's just delicious. But you should not hope to lose weight on ginger, if you do not adjust your diet in the direction of reducing the consumption of fast carbohydrates. But in combination with proper nutrition and at least minimal physical activity, ginger will really help. I drink it all year round and my weight is stable.
